Heath Balltzglier

About Heath Balltzglier

After playing for artists including Chris Tomlin, Lauren Daigle, Mac Powell (Third Day), Christy Nockels, Meredith Andrews, Francesca Battistelli, Aaron Shust, Kimberly Perry (The Band Perry) and Fee, Heath Balltzglier began pursuing his passion to write Christian worship and country music. When he’s not leading worship at Andy Stanley’s North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA, or touring with North Point Worship, Heath spends his time songwriting.

Heath’s songs have had more than 30,000,000 streams on Spotify alone. He has written singles for Mac Powell, Laura Story, Aaron Shust and NorthPoint Worship. Heath is a co-writer of the well-known worship anthem, “Death Was Arrested,” which was a Top 25 CCLI charting song in the US. He’s also a writer on Rebecca St. James’s  first single in 7 years, “Battle Is The Lord’s” (released in 2020).

Heath’s favorite thing to do is spend time with his wife Jamie and four kiddos. He also loves hunting and spending time with friends and laughing a lot. Heath hopes to help people feel comfortable and valuable in their own skin, because we are all made by the great Creator God.
